As we enter the summer holiday period I hope you are able to enjoy some good days out in decent weather.  Our Play in the Park events have begun, held on Fridays at various venues, and there are further bandstand concerts on 6th and 27th August and 3rd September in Myrtle Park starting at 2pm.

Unfortunately there appears to be a national trend for the theft of Range Rovers and Land Rovers.  If you own one please be careful – advice from the Police is to keep any wireless keys in a Faraday pouch as much as possible, especially when at home, so they cannot be cloned from outside your property.

As you’ll see below, we have 2 newly co-opted Councillors so are back up to full strength.

We are expecting an update from the Bradford 2025 team at our next Full Council meeting to be held at Eldwick Memorial Hall at 6:30 on Tuesday 29th August, so if you are interested please come along.

Kind regards

Councillor Philippa Gibbons

Chair
