Christmas comedy that can somehow appeal to children, parents and grandparents alike.
Over the last decade Badapple Theatre have developed a unique brand of Christmas comedy that can somehow appeal to children, parents and grandparents alike. This year Kate Bramley delves into the centuries old tradition of Snow Dancing, where children from all over the world, were involved with cultural ceremonies to make sure the seasons turned around as they ought to. Set in a modern village, with weather made unpredictable by global warming, the heroes of this story embark on a wonderful journey to find the last living Snow Dancer, to persuade him to return home with them and bring the snow that is so desperately needed by animals and humans alike. From the Badapple team that brought you ‘The Mice Who Ate Christmas’, ‘The Elves and the Carpenter’ and ‘Farmer Scrooge’s Christmas Carol’ you can expect thrills and spills for the kids, laughs for the grown-ups, puppets and songs a-plenty and maybe even a little tear to your eye, as Badapple head off on another grand Christmas adventure. www.badappletheatre.com
