Two weeks ago I walked down Riverside Walk with some friends from SI Bingley from Myrtle Park to Ireland Bridge. You will remember SI Bingley have had a regular rota of litter pickers for years to clear Riverside Walk. On this occasion we were horrified to discover 4 huge piles of dog excrement which anyone, including children, could have walked on. I have written to Councillors David Heseltine and asked if there could be some notices put up to deter dog owners from letting their dogs run wild and then not clearing up their excrement.
