Well done Bingley Council! Bradford Council would never have done this for us.
Great news for Bingley residents and tourists alike. Well done and thank you!
This is such good news. If we want locals and visitors to spend time in our town and use our lovely park, we must have basic facilities. well done Bingley TC
This is great multi use of the old toilets, plus ensuring there are toilets for public to use. The Town Council have made such a difference to Bingley and i whole heartedly support the Councils efforts to improve how Bingley looks by painting street furniture etc. Relatively small amounts of money spent can make such a difference if wisely spent.
I strongly object to Councillor Penningtons comments on his election pamphlet delivered over the weekend to local residents. He said he voted against improving the street furniture saying it was a waste of money. What rubbish, more than ever we need a decent place to live in, also a bit rich from a supporter a Government which has wasted £7,000000 on rebranding Highways England recently!
Good stuff BTC !
Good to have your office in the heart of Bingley, much more accessible.
Thank goodness for common sense. At last we see the return of a facility which should never have been withdrawn. What was the cost?
Hi John,
Thank you for your comment. A reply will be sent to your email address.
Kind regards,
Laura (Administrative Officer to Bingley Town Council)
Thank you very much for the reinstatement of the Bingley toilets. The only way for my family to visit grandma at the moment and keep her in covid safety is for us to wave from a communal garden and not to enter her sheltered housing complex. Having travelled a long way each time, the lack of a toilet in Bingley was an annoying problem. I can remember the days when there were at least 3 public toilets in Bingley which made a visit to the town possible for residents and visitors alike, and it didn’t make any sense to not have any at all. A much appreciated improvement …. we can look forward to many visits to grandma and the town in comfort!
Thank you for your comment. I am glad the facility is of value to you and your family.
